This is a 21-week training plan for a 13.1 mile run.  The starting point of this program assumes that you're able to run 3 miles. You are welcome to jump into a future week if you are capable of running a longer distance. As example, an athlete that has recently completed a 10k (6.2 miles) can start on the 10th week.
